This privacy policy applies to the mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") that was created by Fly Info Soft Technologies LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The screens or sections of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
- The total time spent on the Application
- The operating system and device model you use
- Device advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), used only for advertising purposes and not for personalized ads in child-directed contexts
The Service Provider may use the information collected to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions (where permitted).
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Any such information requested will be retained by the Service Provider and used only as described in this privacy policy.
Advertising for Children and Families
The Application is suitable for children and families and may appeal to users of all ages, including children under 13. To protect children's privacy and comply with applicable laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policy:
- We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- For users under 13 or users of unknown age, we configure ad requests to be treated as child-directed where possible. This includes using contextual (non-personalized) advertising only.
- We disable interest-based advertising, behavioral targeting, and remarketing for child-directed or unknown-age users.
- Ads served are family-safe and appropriate for children, with no disruptive formats prohibited under applicable platform policies.
- Persistent device identifiers, such as advertising IDs, are not used for personalized advertising purposes with children or unknown-age users.
These measures are implemented through our ad provider configurations described in the Third Party Access section below.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share information with third parties as described in this privacy policy.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. These services may include:
Advertising Services
The Application uses Unity Ads Mediation to manage and serve advertisements. Depending on the advertising configuration and mediation setup, advertisements may be provided by Unity or other participating advertising networks, such as Google AdMob.
These third-party advertising services may collect and process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, and information about interactions with advertisements, subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable advertising settings.
For users who are children or whose age is unknown, advertising requests are configured to be child-directed where applicable, and personalized advertising and interest-based targeting are disabled in accordance with applicable platform policies.
The Service Provider does not directly collect or store the advertising information processed by these third-party advertising services.
Legal Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers working on our behalf who do not have independent use of the information and have agreed to follow the rules in this privacy policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or through the applicable app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains any user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter.
To request deletion of any user-provided data, please contact us at flyinfosofttechnologiesllc@gmail.com. We will respond to and process such requests within a reasonable period.
Children
The Application is suitable for children and families. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, collect personal information from, or market to children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA and other applicable laws.
The Application is not directed solely to children under 13, but it may be used by them. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, we will promptly delete such information from our servers.
Parents or guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information should contact us immediately at flyinfosofttechnologiesllc@gmail.com so that we can take appropriate action, including data deletion or other necessary steps.

The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information seriously and uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Application after changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date it is published.
